Field Director, Dover, DE
Del-Mar-Va Council is seeking a dynamic self-starter, with at least 6 years’ experience in Field Management as the Del-Mar-Va Council Field Director. Join a high functioning team of experienced executives to support the growth of Scouting. Supervises and gives guidance to five professionals in four districts. Accountable for measurable achievements of the other professionals. Serves as manager and operating officer of the districts and is responsible for the effective organization, operation, and promotion of the council program within the districts through the district executives.

Program Director, Dover, DE
Del-Mar-Va Council is seeking a dynamic self-starter, with at least 5 years’ experience in Scouts BSA summer camp operations and management to serve as a Council Program Director. Responsibilities include the operation of 2 Scout reservations and other program operations with the boundaries of 2 districts on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.
