NOVA WILD STEM DAY AT CHINCOTEAGUE BAY FIELD STATION December 2, 2017

REGISTER NOW TO SECURE YOUR SPOT

Pick a morning or afternoon session to attend. Meet at the Chincoteague Field Station for a brief classroom overview. Parents will then drive a short drive to Chincoteague Bay National Wildlife Refuge for a professionally guided Nature Hike (ADA accessible) with a Chincoteague Bay Field Station Staff member. Scouts will work on select NOVA WILD requirements (see complete requirements here),

DATE: December 2, 2017
TIME (choose one session only):  9am-12pm(Morning Session)   or  1pm-4pm (Afternoon Session)
COST: $20 per youth registrant (siblings invited)   $10 per adult
LUNCH: Bring your own lunch, drink, and water bottle
Cancellation due to weather will be announced prior to the event via email/Del-Mar-Va Council Website. Please plan accordingly.

ALL participants (youth & adults) must have a completed and signed waiver on hand at the Field Station in order to participate. Completed & signed forms can be mailed to mike@cbfieldstation.org or faxed to 757-824-5638.                DOWNLOAD FORM HERE

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests should be directed to Del-Mar-Va Council Outdoor Programs, 1910 Baden Powell Way Dover, DE 19904 or camping@dmvc.org. REFUNDS for registered individuals not attending the event may be given if the Outdoor Program Office is notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the given event. There will be no refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the event except for medical reasons. Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note and mailed or emailed to the addresses above.
