Scouting has rich ties throughout history. So take a trip through time and visit...
Nassawango Iron Furnace erected in 1830 to make use of bog ore in Maryland. Where
interior temperatures reached 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. Here you can imagine
building armor or creating machinery and tools through hands-on activities and
workshops in their historic 19th-century buildings and artisan studios.

Each camper will receive:
4 Meals

• Unique camporee patch
(Units registering before Sept. 28, will receive camporee patches at the event. Units registering after Sept. 28 will receive camporee patches after the event)
YES! Scouts who are currently working toward their Arrow of Light (Crossing over in Spring 2020) may attend as a guest of a Boy Scout Troop.
