2013 Fall Weekend - October 4-6 - Akridge Scout Reservation
This webpage will be updated with all the latest information about the 2013 Fall Weekend! This will be the second OA event held at Akridge Scout Reservation. Because we are camping in a new location, there are some changes that have been made, making this weekend slightly different than a "typical" OA weekend. The Lodge Executive Committee has decided to make these changes for the safety and benefit of all participants!

Health Form
All members attending the Fall Weekend must complete a BSA Health Form - Part A and B. Please click the link below to access this form. It can be filled out electronically, or printed and filled out by hand. Please print and bring a copy of this form with you to the OA Weekend. These will be collected by Health and Safety personnel at Registration on Friday night.

General Information - Please read!
- The Lodge will NOT be able to accept credit card payments this weekend! All outstanding fees for Registration and all purchases made at the Lodge Trading Post will be cash and check only! Checks can be made payable to Del-Mar-Va Council.
- Bring a Camp Chair. There will be limited seating for meals and at Ceremonies. Everyone is encouraged to bring a camp chair!
- Bring a water bottle AND a cup or mug! Even though the weather may be chilly, it is still important to stay hydrated.?
- Rain Gear! Be prepared even if it is not forecast to rain.
- Warm clothing! There are no buildings or heated areas at Akridge, except for the fire. Dress in layers and bring extra warm clothing that will remain dry.
- Work gloves will helpful for many of the service projects.
- Flash Lights - There will be limited light at night. Flashlights may be helpful to see in order to prevent injury.
- Honors Meeting - There will be a meeting at some point in the course of the weekend. The time and location will be spread by word of mouth.
- Vigil and Award nominations - Any Lodge member can nominate an eligible Arrowman for Vigil. Please submit a letter of nomination to the Honors Committee, Service Vice Chief, or member of the Key-3.

At the Fall Weekend, the Lodge will be accepting nominations for the following awards. These awards will be presented at the Lodge Banquet. Please consider nominating an Arrowman who goes above and beyond in service to his fellow Scouts! Criteria for each award is outlined on the respective form.

Lodge Officer Elections
The Lodge will elect new Lodge Officers on Sunday of the Fall Weekend. Any youth Arrowman who wishes to run for a Lodge Office will need to complete the Lodge Officer Candidacy Petition form below. These forms must be turned into the Lodge Adviser prior to the Officer Forum.

Honor Chapter
The Lodge Executive Committee has established criteria for an Honor Chapter Award. Those Chapters in Nentego Lodge who meet these criteria will be recognized at the Banquet as an exceptional Honor Chapter. Please see the form below for the requirements.
